The Gerstle Park Neighborhood Association invites your business to participate in the 7th annual San Rafael PorchFest! PorchFest is a fun, community-oriented, positive day of music. With a projected attendance of 3,000 people and performances by more than 50 bands, we know that great food and beverages will be instrumental.

PorchFest is an alcohol-free event, and we also encourage greenware choices, with little to no single-use plastics. In response to community feedback, we want to promote a variety of food options for attendees. In particular, past participants have requested that there be meals available in these three categories: kid-friendly, quick service, and low-cost. The Porchfest planning committee feels that our veteran food vendors have done a wonderful job in the past in offering great options like these and we would like to ensure that the food served this year is just as accessible and crowd-friendly.

We will assess all our food vendor applicants to determine whether they are a good fit for PorchFest. The first step for interested vendors is to submit an application here by May 15th. If you are unsure you can commit to the date (Sep 20), please submit your application anyway; this is just the first step in signing up and there is no commitment required.

Be aware that all vendors will need to have a health inspection certificate and proof of insurance. There is a space fee charged for each vendor; these fees are part of what fund our free event! The space fee is $350. 

We will finalize our food vendor lineup for PorchFest ‘26 by July. After food vendors are confirmed to participate, they will receive more info on day-of instructions, as well as ways to join our social media promotions leading up to the event. Expect to hear more from the Porchfest committee soon.
